What you will learn

  • Identify the five core warehouse zones and how layout affects stock accuracy.
  • Receive deliveries correctly and document shortages and damage on arrival.
  • Conduct accurate stock counts and investigate inventory variances.
  • Pick and pack orders with precision and complete dispatch checks correctly.
  • Apply FIFO and FEFO stock rotation principles in daily operations.
  • Follow warehouse safety requirements under the OHS Act 85 of 1993.
How this course works: You move through six lessons in order. Each lesson ends with a short quiz that you must pass before the next lesson opens. At the end, a 15-question final assessment decides whether you earn your certificate. The pass mark is 80 percent.
